Membership Questions

Are payment plans available?

To help support the operation of our member-owned pool, membership fees are due in full at the time of registration. Payment plans are not currently available.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Are payment plans available?

When are Membership Fees due?

Membership invoices are emailed in March

Ā 

Membership fees are due by May 15th. If mailed, payments must be postmarked no later than May 15th.

Ā 

Payments received after May 15th will incur a $45 late fee.

Ā 

If payment is not received by July 15th, membership ownership privileges will be forfeited.

What does member-owned mean?

We understand that membership is an investment for families, and we wanted to provide a little more insight into how membership fees support our club and community.

Seaville Swim Club is a member-owned pool, meaning we do not receive outside funding or corporate support. Our primary source of revenue comes directly from memberships.

Those membership dues are what allow us to operate throughout the summer season and maintain the quality experience our members enjoy.

Ā 

Membership fees help cover:
• Daily pool operations
• Pool maintenance and repairs
• Chemicals and water testing to ensure a safe swimming environment
• Utilities (electric, phone, etc), insurance, and pool inspection by the county every year.
• Staffing costs, including lifeguards, front desk staff, and our Pool Manager.
• General upkeep and improvements to the facility

Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment where lasting summer memories are made. Every membership directly contributes to keeping the club running smoothly and maintaining the experience our members expect year after year.

Guest Passes

No! There is no expiration on passes purchased in the bundle promotion.

How much are guest passes

Daily Guest Passes are:

  • $5 / child

  • $10 / adult

We also offer a AddOne Pass for grandparents / babysitters living outside the member's home

This is a great option if you don't want to purchase a daily pass and have a guest that will attend the pool on a regular basisĀ 

What is a Guest pass bundle

A Guest Pass Bundle is 20 Guest Passes for $90

​

Do Guest passes purchased in a bundle expire?

Can grandparents or babysitters bring a child?

Yes! Grandparents or babysitters are welcome to bring a member child to the pool as long as they purchase a guest pass.

What are the pool hours?

We are open from 1:00pm - 8:00pm

FacilitiesĀ  & Amenities

Are there Locker Rooms available?

Yes! We have both Men’s/Boys’ and Women’s/Girls’ locker rooms available for members and guests to use.

Is there shaded seeting?

Yes! We have a shade screen over the picnic table area and several umbrellas around the toddler/wading pool.

Ā 

There are also umbrella buckets located throughout the pool deck for members and guests who would like to bring their own umbrellas.

CONCESSIONS

Is outside food allowed? Do you sell concessions?

Yes! Members and guests are welcome and encouraged to bring their own food and drinks to enjoy at the pool.

Please note: glass containers are not permitted for safety reasons.

Yes! We offer a variety of concessions throughout the summer, along with concession cards for added convenience.
